Orlando To - A star coach who has more than 35 years of experience in the fitness industry. Many celebrities such as Chow Yun-fat, Yeung Chi-king, Alex Fong, fashion icon Kwok Chi-yee and Orlando's younger brother Alex To are his students. Orlando has been exposed to different training methods over the years. Taekwondo, Aerobics and Bodybuilding in Canada when he was young. After returning to Hong Kong, he focused on Bodyweight training. Combining different training experiences, Orlando personally designed two signature training courses "RhythmFit" and "Alive35", and focusing on coach training and student training.

The Park Fitness trend originated in Europe and America and has spread to Hong Kong in recent years, transforming outdoor park playgrounds into gyms. Bodyweight training is an important part of Park Fitness and is a "muscle-building" method favored by the US military special forces and the ancient Greek Spartans.
The general public's concept of bodyweight training may only stay at push-ups, sit-ups and other movements, lacking in variety, so let alone comprehensive training to achieve the ideal fitness effect. Bodyweight training is a method of training using one's own weight, which can greatly reduce the chance of injury due to training, and can be done anytime and anywhere. In addition, the course will also include hanging training, which can comprehensively train different physical fitness elements. In addition to training physical reaction, balance, muscle and weight training, and improving cardiopulmonary function, it is an effective and convenient form of fitness exercise.
